PCC Room Rentals for Weddings

50 to 500 people *

$1000 refundable deposit required to secure date.  Deposit will be refunded 3 days after event occurs.  No refund of deposit for cancellations.   Additional seating on day of event charged at $44 per person.

Room, tables, chairs, linens, buffet table skirts, napkins, dishes, silverware**, setup, clean-up, wait staff ***. Silk centerpieces and chair covers additional charge.


Event time 5 hours + 1 hour for decorating & clean up.


**If all dishes and other items used by the caterer are brought to the dish washing area at the end of the event, the deposit will be returned.  Additional fees for chair covers $3 per chair.  Dishwasher available for $20 per hour.


*** Wait staff – 1 per 35 people for 5 hours

$10 Wedding Ceremony (per person)

Ceremony package includes private room for bridal party.

Outside catering must be provided by a professional caterer or restaurant. Insurance certificate and contact information must be provided as well as a list of all menu items to be served at the event.

*For parties less than 100 in ballroom (max cap. 500), an additional $250 room charge will apply.
