A $1000 deposit is required to secure a date, there will be no refund of deposit for cancellations. The deposit will be refunded 3 days after the event. A final headcount must be provided 7 days prior to the event. Additional seating on the day of the event will be charged at $44 per person.

Room, tables, chairs, linens, buffet table skirts, napkins, dishes, silverware**, setup, clean-up, wait staff ***. Silk centerpieces and chair covers additional charge. Event time 5 hours + 1 hour for decorating & clean up. **If all dishes and other items used by the caterer are brought to the dish washing area at the end of the event, the deposit will be returned. Additional fees for chair covers $3 per chair. Dishwasher available for $20 per hour.

Per New York State Liquor Authority Law, ‘NO’ liquor may be brought to PCC.

Outside catering must be provided by a professional caterer or restaurant. Insurance certificate and contact information must be provided as well as a list of all menu items to be served at the event.
*For parties less than 100 in ballroom (max cap. 500), an additional $250 room charge will apply.
